BR - participation

La République fédérative du Brésil (à l'époque Empire du Brésil) a été l'un des premiers signataires de la Convention du Mètre (20 mai 1875).

Elle a ratifié la Convention et est devenue État Membre le 19 avril 1921.

Elle a dénoncé la Convention le 1er janvier 1932 puis a de nouveau accédé le 14 avril 1954.
