Échelle internationale pratique de température de 1968 (Édition amendée de 1975) (6) (8)

The 15th Conférence Générale des Poids et Mesures (CGPM),

having examined some amendments incorporated into the International Practical Temperature Scale of 1968, that do not alter the values of the measured temperatures but that improve the practicability and the reproducibility of the measurements,

approves of the 1975 edition of the International Practical Temperature Scale of 1968,

and asks the Comité International des Poids et Mesures to pursue the development of a revised scale that would yield a higher accuracy, that is to say having values in still closer agreement with thermodynamic temperatures.
